FiX ™ 82 is a state-of-the-art digital signal processor designed to deliver world-class audio from factory audio without replacing the OEM source drive. FiX ™ 82 is the first DSP to automatically correct factory outputs with time delay before signal aggregation and EQ correction. With a powerful 24-bit DSP processor and 1/3 octave dual equalizers, the dual-channel, three-channel and four-channel composite audio outputs are combined and automatically matched to a flat-panel full-band stereo signal. Differentially balanced inputs receive virtually any analogue OEM signal, from low voltage, line to high power, amplified speaker outputs (up to 30V RMS). Calibration starts with a single push of a button and only takes about 30 seconds to complete, with no special equipment required! By connecting a computer running the TüN ™ software via USB, you can also access a full set of diagnostic panels that show the frequency response of the input signals as well as the corrected outputs. Adjustments can be made to input polarity, mute, and filtering, and they can also initiate new calibrations from the computer. By clicking on the "TUNE" tab of the TüN δε interface, you can also access a pair of user-configurable graphics adapters to refine the output signals. Output options include dual RCA connectors (4V RMS) or digital optical output (Toslink), supporting PCM (S / PDIF) audio at 24 bit / 48 kHz resolution. Activation methods include 12-volt or automatic (Signal / DC-Offset Sensing), as well as a remote output for activating aftermarket equipment.
